Inputting Multiple Records
In order to input multiple records into the Ryan Database, a Microsoft ExcelŽ spreadsheet has been designed to make the input process quicker and easier. In order to use the spreadsheet, click on the link below and save the file to your hard drive. The spreadsheet contains headers for all fields. In order to input information, simply fill in the information in the appropriate columns. Please make sure to enter dates in the specified format, YYYY MM DD. In addition, ignore any fields that state ignore in the column header. There is no limitation to the number of records that can be inputted. After entering all desired records, please email the file to email@example.com for processing. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the information to be added to the database.
